PETER
MACDOUGALL:
I think that makes it perfectly clear. We will
successfully compete for all gamers. We also happen to have a system
in our lineup that has always had a very broad based appeal, and
that's Game Boy. Currently, Game Boy Advance is the best-selling
system in North America. In fact, since its launch last June, it
instantly became the fastest selling system ever. And nothing has
even come close. At this point in time we have already sold through
six million units and by the time we all meet here next year, that
number will more than double.

There's no question that Game Boy
Advance benefits from being really the only viable system that
allows you to take games with you when you leave your house but at
the same time central to its success, as it has been for every
gaming system, is its spectacular library. And by yearend that
library will swell to more than 300 games. Something for every
gamer. Now an awful lot was written when Grand Theft Auto 3 rose to
the top of U.S. sales charts. Not quite the same level of attention
was given to the title that dislodged it from that lofty perch. And
that title was Super Mario World for Game Boy Advance. [applause] So
over the next few days you're going to hear us talking an awful lot
about our Game Giants. Standing tall within that illustrious group
is Game Boy Advance. Have a look...
